Shipping policy

Free shipping on 2 or more items. Orders with 2 or more items ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. It can't be combined with other discount codes.

Orders of 1 item. You'll see these options at checkout:

• Standard (5–7 days): from $4.90
• Priority (2–3 days): $8.90

Processing time. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship. We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US.

Multiple packages. Some orders ship from more than one location and may arrive in separate packages.

Damaged or lost packages. If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, email hello@sorrelandfern.com or call (858) 338-1331 and we'll make it right.
